Community Ear Care Programme

60 FCHVs will be received training of 5 VDCs

80 FCHVs received training to developed ear care volunteers.

Refresher training on Primary ear care to FCHVs for 3 days.

66 volunteers received refresher training.

4.        

Primary ear care camps

5,000 patients will receive on ear care and health education. 750 patients will be referred to hospital.

4,793 patients received ear treatment and education; 631 patients referred for further management.

Support to conduct ear health education by the volunteers.

2,000 communities will receive health education.

Treated 1903 patients in the camps and 884 at weekly clinic; 478 students screened and provided ear orientation to 151 FCHVS, 55 Red cross volunteers, 245 NJRCS, 35 teacher sponsor; 1,178 ear patients treated in Jumla health camps, which was organized by HMG.

Support to Surkhet programme to all activities including CEA's remuneration)

Treated 1446 patients in the camps and 458 patients at weekly clinic; 3210 students screened, 1960 community people received ear health education and provided training to 17 teachers.

Support to Dailekh Programme

Various activities

Support to Surkhet programme to all activities including CEA's remuneration)

Treated 1300 patients in the camps and 506 patients at weekly clinic; 4201 students screened, 937 community people received ear health education and provided training to 63 FCHVS and 20 teachers.
